1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between SolvFast ("SolvFast", "we", "us") and the organization or individual using Senaiy Lab (the "Service") — the platform, console, and APIs available at platform.senaiy.ai and associated domains. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" refers to that organization.
The Service is intended for business use by users who are at least 18 years old.
2. The Service
Senaiy Lab lets you build and run AI agents on your organization's knowledge, connected to your systems through tool integrations, with metering, quotas, and audit built in. Capabilities marked as upcoming, preview, or staged (for example, features badged "coming") are not part of the Service until made generally available, and may change or be withdrawn.
We may improve or modify the Service, including exchanging the underlying model engines within a tier, provided the change does not materially reduce the Service as a whole.
3. Accounts and API keys
- Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account and keys, including activity by your organization's members and agents you configure.
- Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access or a leaked key; revoke and rotate keys from the console.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow your users or agents to:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law, or to infringe the rights of others;
- generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, including malware or content designed to defraud;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security, tenant isolation, quotas, rate limits, or knowledge-classification enforcement;
- access another customer's data or interfere with the Service's operation;
- resell or white-label the Service without our prior written agreement;
- use the Service to develop a competing product by systematically extracting its behavior; or
- submit personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or content that violates the usage terms of the model providers serving your selected tier.
We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens the integrity or security of the Service, and will notify you when we do.
5. Your content and intellectual property
- You own your content. Prompts, documents, knowledge zones, agent and workflow definitions, and the outputs generated for you ("Customer Content") remain yours. Agent definitions are versioned text files you can export and take with you.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and support the Service.
- We own the Service. The Platform, its software, design, and documentation are SolvFast's intellectual property. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.
- You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis for the content and personal data you submit.
6. AI-generated outputs
Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose despite appearing confident. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them, and for human oversight of agent actions in your workflows. Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other customers.
7. Third-party model engines
Requests you route to cloud model tiers are processed by third-party model providers under their terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. In-region tiers run on infrastructure in the region managed for Senaiy Lab. The Service enforces the routing policies and knowledge classifications you configure and records enforcement in the audit trail.
8. Credits and billing
- The Service is consumption-based. Usage is metered per request as recorded by the Platform; the Platform's records are the basis for billing.
- Self-serve customers pay through prepaid credit purchased in advance; enterprise customers may be offered postpaid invoicing under a separate order form.
- Applicable prices, credit terms, and any credit-validity conditions are those published on the pricing page or stated in your order at the time of purchase.
- Published consumption prices may be revised with at least 30 days' notice; revisions do not affect credit already consumed.
- Except where required by law, prepaid credit is non-refundable and non-transferable between organizations.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, other than taxes on our income.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, for security risk, or where required by law — with notice where practicable.
- On closure, we provide a reasonable window to export Customer Content, after which it is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 10, and 11) survive.
10. Warranties, liability, and indemnity
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service status is published on our status page when available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data; and (b) each party's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for willful misconduct.
You will indemnify SolvFast against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. General
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to your account email or in the console at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolvFast is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
- Data protection. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; a data-processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- Assignment. Neither party may assign these Terms without consent, except to a successor in a merger or asset sale.
- Entire agreement; severability. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement regarding the Service; if a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Language. These Terms are drafted in English; translations may be provided for convenience, in which case the English version prevails.
